1-Year Limited Warranty

Purotap warrants to the original purchaser that its equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Coverage Details

This warranty includes parts and labor for manufacturer defects encountered during normal use.

Exclusions

This warranty excludes damage resulting from:

  • Improper water filtration or water quality issues (scale buildup).
  • External abuse, misuse, or negligence.
  • Improper installation (if not performed by an authorized Purotap technician).
