Shipping Policy

We ship Canada-wide via major carriers (FedEx, UPS, Canpar). In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Installation Orders: For orders including professional installation, equipment will be delivered by your technician on the scheduled service date, or shipped ahead of time depending on location.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Purotap system.

  • Timeframe: Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
  • Process: Please contact support at purotapwater@gmail.com to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
