Shipping Policy

We ship Canada-wide via major carriers (FedEx, UPS, Canpar). In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Setup Planning: For systems that require installation, equipment ships by carrier and can be reviewed with your installer before the scheduled setup date.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Purotap system.

Timeframe: Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
Process: Please contact support at info@purotap.ca to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
